FIRST

Grilled Medjool Dates
Large sweet dates, halved and then stuffed with rich goat cheese then wrapped in pastirma grilled and then served with chopped pistachio
Baby Eggplant
Fresh eggplant stuffed with spring onion, roasted peppers, pomegranate,walnuts and drizzled with a salad mint oil and finished with dab of garlic yogurt
Hummus
House made hummus with lemon juice, chickpea puree with garlic, olive oil, and ground sesame paste side of freshly toasted flatbread


SECOND

Çoban Salatasi
A shepherd's salad, diced and pealed tomatoes, chopped onion (ground with salt), diced cucumbers, chopped peppers and parsley, finished with grated cheese.
White Bean Pilaki
Jumbo white beans, carrots, onions sauteed and thickened then chilled, garnished with parsley and molded with a circle form. Topped with a soft egg and finished with black olive vinaigrette


THIRD

Borek Cigars
Feta and mozzarella cheeses rolled in a pastry dough, then toasted crispy. Served with a celery fennel slaw and sweet pepper sauce
Zatar Octopus
Marinated young octopus in parsley and garlic infusion, then grilled and served with white bean puree, green olives, piquillo pepper relish with a grilled lemon and Zatar spice
Kibbeh
Torpedo shaped croquette stuffed with ground lamb and beef, flavored with pine nuts and Turkish spices. Served over goat cheese sauce with black currant and pomegranate chutney


FOURTH

Baked Moussaka
Baked eggplant and tomato with chickpeas and halloumi made from a mixture of goat and sheep milk baked in terracotta
Terra Cotta Shrimp
Baked shrimp with onions, tomatoes, fresh spices in a house made fish stock topped with mozzarella cheese baked in terracotta
Chicken Shishkabab
Skewered chicken breast, grilled with cubes of eggplant, tomato bell pepper, onions and mushrooms served with bulgur rice and sumac onions
Lamb Köfte Kebab
Skewered minced lamb meatballs, flavored with Turkish spices, cumin, parsley, garlic, onion and mint. Topped with pine nut kaşar served with bulgur rice and sumac onions


FIFTH

Chocolate Baklava
Rich sweet pastry made of layers of phyllo dough filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup and honey, an ottoman delicacy
Irmik Helva
Semolina custard chilled and served in between nests of shredded phyllo and fig jam. Topped with honey combs and ice cream
Pastry Sticks
Honey dipped pastry sticks served with a sweet yogurt dipping sauce
Sorbet
Selection of Fresh Sorbets - Pineapple, Peach or Lemon
