Executive Chef : Luciano D'Avanzo
Luciano is the quintessential cherubic chef; who is as passionate about cooking as we are about eating. It's been a long journey for D'Avanzo from Livorno to Muscat, having worked in top hotels and cruise liners across the globe. He had his first taste of Hollywood at the Chianti Cucina on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles

grilled polenta topped with shiitake mushrooms
and a quattro formaggio cheese sauce

mozzarella wrapped in bread and pan-fried in garlic butter
and parsley, topped with anchovy

grilled Italian bread topped w/ marinated tomato, garlic & basil

Mesclun mix organic salad tossed in our balsamic vinaigrette

Mozzarella Caprese
fresh Mozzarella cheese and sliced tomato, drizzled with
basil and extra virgin olive oil

a delicious soup of sauteed and simmered exotic mushrooms
with a touch of cream

Filetto di Porcini
fresh filet mignon perfectly grilled and topped with
sauteed porcini mushrooms and a red wine reduction,
served with sauteed spinach and grilled polenta

Ravioli Verde
spinach ravioli stuffed with ricotta & parmesan cheeses, served with a light creamy tomato sauce

Pollo ai Pizzaiola
fresh breast of chicken sauteed with roasted garlic and black olives In a light tomato sauce

Tonno alla Griglia con Finocchio
grilled fresh tuna steak drizzled with a light lemon zest sauce andtopped with grilled fresh fennel and red onions, served over oven-roasted potatoes

**IMPORTANT** WHEN YOUR MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS
You must tell them you are there for the Tastings Journal Prix-Fixe when you call or they will charge you for the separate courses and Drinks... Yikes!! Make absolutely sure you tell them to enter it next to your reservation. Avoid the hassle now.. not after dinner.
